Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Delivery Driver Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely delivering, installing, and servicing furniture and appliances at customer locations. Your expertise will ensure that each delivery is handled with professionalism, precision, and excellent customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine driving skills with technical installation work, making a tangible difference in customers’ homes and businesses. Have a smart phone to use proper apps to complete deliveries with photos and checklists that the stop is complete. Pay is experience based, must have valid drivers license class E in MO or C for KS. Positions are 1099 and we are looking for helpers and drivers to fill the remaining trucks.

Duties

Safely operate company vehicles to deliver furniture and appliances to various customer sites.

Unload and transport products using appropriate hand tools, power tools, and equipment.

Install appliances and furniture according to schematics, technical manuals, and safety standards.

Troubleshoot equipment issues during installation or service visits, identifying necessary repairs or adjustments.

Communicate clearly with customers to explain product features, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction.

Perform routine maintenance on tools and company vehicles to ensure safety and reliability.

Follow all safety protocols, including ladder use, electrical safety procedures, and proper handling of heavy items.Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in appliance repair and installation.

Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams accurately.

Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, ladders, and other equipment safely.

Experience troubleshooting electrical systems, refrigeration units, or plumbing components.

Experience with shoulder dolly’s is a plus moving appliance in an out of homes is key.

Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude during on-site interactions.

Ability to operate company vehicles responsibly while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.

Familiarity with field service procedures and being adaptable in dynamic environments.

Experience in assembly, equipment repair, or service technician roles is highly desirable.

Pay: $160.00 - $220.00 per day
