Packhandlerz is a last-mile delivery service and subcontractor for SpeedX. We are hiring 20 dedicated, full-time delivery drivers to start immediately.
Pay: $1.25 per package on standard residential routes, $1.40 per package on apartment/multi-unit routes. Drivers running a full route (about 1,000 packages per week, roughly 200 packages a day over 5-6 days) typically earn $1,250-$2,000 per week.
Requirements:
- Independent contractor (1099) - use your own vehicle and carry your own auto insurance
- Valid Texas driver's license with no restrictions other than corrective lenses (Restriction A only) - drivers with a Restriction B license do not qualify
- Available full-time, ready to start immediately
- Comfortable handling around 200 packages per day
We are hiring for routes throughout the greater Houston area, including Manvel, Pearland, Alvin, Katy/Southwest Houston, Hiram Clarke, and the NRG/Reliant Stadium area. Additional routes in other Houston-area neighborhoods may also be available.
