BARK BARBECUE IS HIRING: EXPERIENCED DELIVERY DRIVER

Bark Barbecue is looking for an experienced, dependable Delivery Driver to support restaurant deliveries, catering orders, events, and operational transportation throughout New York City.

We are looking for someone who understands that delivery is an extension of the guest experience. The right candidate is professional, punctual, organized, careful with food and equipment, and comfortable navigating NYC efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver catering and restaurant orders safely and on time

• Load, organize, secure, and unload food, beverages, and equipment

• Verify orders before leaving the restaurant

• Maintain proper handling and presentation of food during transportation

• Communicate clearly with restaurant management and customers

• Navigate NYC traffic, parking, loading zones, and delivery locations efficiently

• Assist with setup and breakdown for catering or events when required

• Keep the delivery vehicle and equipment clean and organized

• Follow all food-safety and company procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Previous professional delivery experience required; restaurant or catering experience strongly preferred

• Valid driver’s license

• Safe driving history

• Strong knowledge of NYC streets and neighborhoods

• Reliable, punctual, and highly organized

• Comfortable driving in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and surrounding areas

• Able to lift and safely transport catering boxes, food containers, and equipment

• Strong communication and customer-service skills

• Comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for time-sensitive deliveries

• Availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

You take pride in being on time, communicate immediately when something changes, handle products carefully, and understand the urgency and attention to detail required in a high-volume restaurant operation.

Location: 25 Thames Street, Brooklyn, NY
Position: Delivery Driver
Schedule: 5 to 6 days a week, 9am to 5pm
Compensation: ($XX–$XX/hour)
Vehicle: Company vehicle provided
