Delivery Driver/ Account Manager

Abita Roasting Company is looking for a dependable Delivery Driver/ Account Manager for our coffee distribution operation. You'll be responsible for safely delivering coffee and related products to our customers while providing friendly, professional service. This is more than simply driving, you'll load your route, make deliveries, interact with customers, and make sure each order gets where it needs to go. You will also be responsible for certain customers when it comes to taking their coffee order for them and then delivering their order at the end of the week.

Responsibilities:

• Load your vehicle for the day's route
• Deliver coffee and related products to customer locations
• Safely load and unload products
• Maintain an organized delivery van
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Report delivery issues or customer needs to our team
• Complete delivery paperwork
• Help with warehouse and distribution tasks as needed
• Keep your route moving safely and on schedule

What We're Looking For:

• Valid driver's license
• Clean/dependable driving record
• Able to lift and carry up to 50-75 lbs.
• Dependable and on time
• Friendly and professional with customers
• Able to work independently
• Able to follow a delivery route and stay organized
• Answer customers in a timely fashion

Compensation: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
