Delivery Dispatch CoordinatorWinston Water Cooler is a growing plumbing supply distributor supporting contractors and job sites across the region. Our Dallas distribution center plays a critical role in ensuring materials get where they need to go, on time and without disruption. We're looking for an experienced Delivery Dispatch Coordinator to manage day-to-day truck dispatching and keep operations running smoothly.This role is responsible for coordinating daily truck deliveries, managing driver communication, and ensuring orders are dispatched efficiently and on time.
This is a fast-paced, real-time operations role where priorities shift throughout the day. Urgent, same-day delivery requests are common, and success in this role requires the ability to adjust quickly, make decisions on the fly, and keep things moving.
