Base pay range

$147,000.00/yr - $190,000.00/yr

HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self- motivated Delivery Director- Engineering (Medical Device) to join it in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity.

Role/Responsibilities

We are in need of leaders onsite to play the role of onsite director for key accounts

• Should have an extensive experience in the MedTech and/or Pharma engineering (10+ years)
• Should have played customer facing role onsite in US for a minimum of 3 years
• Communication and articulation skills should be excellent
• Should be able to understand our customer needs, relate it to our capabilities, prepare propositions/solutions to create opportunities
• Should be able to respond to opportunities from the customer in terms of bringing the best team together and building a winning response
• Should be able to manage a set of 5-10 senior onsite leads to manage customer expectations on current programs and also to generate business leads
• Will guide these onsite leads on identification and conversion of opportunities
• Will work with sales L3 leaders ( two in a box) to strategize and execute growth plan for a set of large accounts
• Should be able to connect and engage in meaningful conversation with director, VP and SVP level in customer organization
• Preferably a digital native person or at least should have a very deep understanding of digital space

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
