Jobtailor is seeking an experienced analytics lead to develop the destination vision for Offers in EASE with product partners. You will define success metrics and map a route from current state to the envisioned destination.
Collaborating with product teams, you will design experiments, analyze results, and quantify business impact through customer behavior insights. You will mentor 1–2 analysts and drive data-driven decisions across digital initiatives.
