Job Description
Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Deli General Manager to oversee our high-volume retail facilities. The role involves the generation and execution of travel center and restaurant business plans to achieve established standards, sales and profit objectives, and customer satisfaction.

As a Deli General Manager, you will build, coach, manage, and develop teams through staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training.
Pay Rates Starting between: $47,700.00 - $69,205.00 / year
Qualifications
As a Deli General Manager, you must exemplify integrity and accountability at the managerial level, demonstrate excellent team leadership skills, and be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
- 2-3 years of management experience in restaurant, deli, or foodservice
- Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability
- Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
