Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Deli General Manager to oversee our high-volume travel center and restaurant operations. You will be responsible for the generation and execution of business plans to achieve established standards, sales and profit objectives as well as customer satisfaction.
The Deli General Manager will also be: driving sales, managing team members, tracking inventory, providing customer service and performing P&L analysis.
