Deli Department Lead: Drive Sales & Service

Coborn’s, Inc. is hiring a Department Manager to lead the Deli Department at our Michigan location.

You will drive department performance by maximizing sales and gross profit through effective team leadership, training, coaching, and a focus on remarkable guest service. You will supervise ordering, receiving, merchandising, pricing, and freshness, maintain records, manage labor and expenses, rotate stock, and conduct performance conversations.
