Duties
- Participate in daily deli counter activities, ensuring efficient service and high standards of food quality and safety
- Be part of the Sandwich Making Team during VERY busy lunch periods.
- Help Manage counter staff to deliver excellent customer service
- Previous experience with Sandwich making and Charcuterie Service is a must
- Help manage inventory control, including stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste
- Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all deli operations
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food production and presentation for both retail sales and catering orders
Skills Needed
- Extensive experience in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within a quick service or fast food restaurant environment
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse customer needs professionally
- Ability to follow food safety, culinary techniques, and operational procedures
