To support a growing practice focused on older adults, the part-time or full-time Delaware Licensed Therapist will deliver evidence-based psychotherapy in a fully remote telehealth setting while designing personalized treatment plans and managing documentation efficiently. Key responsibilities Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient Participate in regular case consultations and clinical leadership meetings Required qualifications Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent Licensed in Delaware Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
