Delaware Licensed Therapist

To support a growing virtual mental health practice, the full-time Delaware Licensed Therapist will provide outpatient therapy remotely, managing a consistent caseload of lower to moderate acuity populations while enjoying minimal administrative burden and flexible scheduling. Key responsibilities Deliver 100% remote outpatient therapy sessions with defined goals and session lengths Make independent treatment decisions while collaborating with a referral network of psychiatrists Utilize evidence-based clinical approaches and maintain a manageable outpatient caseload Required qualifications Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA) Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or structured clinical settings is highly desired Proficiency in structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care) is preferred Strong clinical judgment and comfort in a fast-paced outpatient environment
