To support a growing virtual psychiatry practice, the full-time Delaware Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care, focusing on lower to moderate acuity populations while enjoying clinical autonomy and minimal administrative burden. Key responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management for outpatient clients Manage a flexible schedule and patient population while adhering to established clinical standards Utilize electronic medical records to document care accurately and efficiently Required qualifications Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority in Delaware Minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care, including psychoeducation and supportive therapy Comfort practicing in a fully remote, telepsychiatry-based model
