Providing compassionate psychiatric care through telehealth, the Delaware Licensed PMHNP will manage comprehensive assessments and treatment plans in a fully remote, full-time or part-time capacity. Key responsibilities Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments and create individualized treatment plans Provide patient-centered care for various mental health conditions, utilizing evidence-based protocols Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical peers through consultations and case reviews Required qualifications Active, unrestricted state-issued authority to practice as a PMHNP in at least one U.S. state Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills Experience with remote care and electronic health record systems Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate, evidence-based care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
