Deicing AssemblerCox & Company, Inc. is seeking an outgoing individual to join our team as a Deicing Assembler. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling composite and electrometric materials with complex fixtures and tooling.Responsibilities:Assemble composite and electrometric materials with complex fixtures and toolingFollow detailed instructions and blueprints to ensure accuracy and quality of workInspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standardsMaintain a clean and organized work areaCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisorsRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in composite and electrometric material assembly preferredAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsStrong attention to detail and ability to work with complex fixtures and toolingExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesMix adhesive RTV, or any other sealing compound.Layup using simple power tools, and equipment, air press, air tools, riveting equipment, etc.
Crimp, spotweld terminal.Mold cement, T/S check, record resistance.Proficiency SkillsAbility to read and comprehend simple instructions.Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple instructions.
