Diversity Recruitment SpecialistCandidates will be doing:Assist with the implementation of a comprehensive multi-year strategy to find the best and most diverse talent in the marketplace, using various tools and outreach mechanisms to engage the talent where they live (eg. social media platforms, educational and trade institutions, professional organizations, networking groups, and clubs)Maintain strong relationships with various national/regional diversity organizations (e.g. African-American, Hispanic-American, Asian-American, Native-American, Women, LGBTQIA, Veterans, People With Special Abilities)Partner with and influence various Client stakeholders which are instrumental in the successful implementation of diversity strategies/plans (e.g.

HR/TA college and professional recruiters, HR business partners, Social Innovations leadership, Functional leadership, Company affinity groups)Assist with implementing, in conjunction with other HR/TA resources, internal training, and other educational materials to help functions identify gaps and create plans to enhance the diversity of their teamsTrack relevant metrics around a diverse workforce, and use those metrics to guide improvement discussions with stakeholders and adjust plans as neededStay abreast of best practices and key initiatives/advancements in the diversity, equity & inclusion space in the marketplace; take the lead for the TA team on executing both internal and external diversity-related surveysOther HR and/or TA projects as needed, or that may be related to other diversity, equity and inclusion initiativesCandidates bring:Bachelor's degree in HR, Business/Management or related field; or equivalent relevant work experience1 to 3 years of diversity recruitment experienceDemonstrated passion in the value of a diverse and inclusive workforceAbility to function in high-performing teams and provide influence across various organizational stakeholdersExcellent communication & storytelling skills (both verbal and via presentation decks/documents)Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Ability to track, report, and analyze performance metrics to make data-based decisionsAbility to host virtual/live events during peak recruitment cyclesStrong project management and change adoption skills; able to juggle multiple deliverables in a highly dynamic environmentStrong desire to learn all parts of the TA function and participate in cross-collaboration projects.
