Responsibilities
- Lead the safe and efficient execution of degassing operations while bridging engineering and field teams.
- Lead the technical coordination and execution of degassing and nitrogen service projects across the United States.
- Translate Europe-approved engineering methods and risk assessments into safe, executable field plans.
- Ensure degassing operations are technically sound, approved, and safely executed.
- Maintain continuous technical communication with clients from inquiry through job completion.
- Coordinate closely with Europe engineering teams to align on method design and approvals.
- Direct and support operators during field operations and critical transitions.
- Train and mentor operators on procedures, safety standards, and best practices.
- Participate in hands‑on field operations when required.
- Identify and escalation technical risks, safety concerns, or deviations from approved methods.
- Support internal coordination between field teams, operations, and engineering.
- Provide occasional technical support to AQ MarTest filtration operations.
Qualifications
- Hands‑on experience in degassing, nitrogen services, or industrial gas operations.
- Background in industrial services, terminal operations, plant operations, or process engineering.
- Strong operational understanding of nitrogen systems, vapor behavior and gas‑phase risks.
- Comfortable working in industrial field environments.
- Strong communication skills and responsiveness.
Preferred
- Experience with cryogenic degassing or vapor recovery systems.
- Experience working in terminal or plant control room environments.
- Familiarity with risk assessments, method statements and permit systems.
- Engineering degree or equivalent operational experience.
