Duties
- Independently manage complex litigation cases.

Requirements
- 10+ years of defense litigation experience.
- Licensed to practice law in California.
- Experience in trucking and transportation defense preferred.
- Strong writing and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience in general liability, retail liability, and/or product liability is a plus.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
