Litigation Associate – Insurance Defense (Labor Law Focus)We are a well-established insurance defense firm in NYC seeking a Litigation Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated attorney who is barred in New York and has 2+ years of litigation experience, preferably with a background in Labor Law 240(1), construction defect, or general liability defense.We offer meaningful, challenging work without the burnout—no 2,000-hour billable requirement.
