Supporting financial business services processes, the full-time Deductions Specialist will ensure timely research and resolution of customer deductions while working in a hybrid environment based in Frisco, TX, with in-office days from Tuesday to Thursday and remote work on Monday and Friday. Key responsibilities Research and resolve customer deductions in accordance with policies and procedures Process credit memos, offset balances, and other financial documentation accurately and timely Collaborate with Finance and Sales teams to gather necessary information and reduce recurring deductions Required qualifications Prior experience in finance or accounting, particularly in account receivables or deductions Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Experience with financial software, preferably High Radius Cloud or similar platforms Ability to learn new tasks quickly and manage competing priorities Professional written and verbal communication skills
