Researching and resolving customer deductions, the remote Deductions Coordinator will manage trade promotion validations and discrepancies, ensuring accurate records and minimizing revenue leakage. Key responsibilities: Review, audit, and validate customer deductions for trade promotions and pricing discrepancies Research and resolve unauthorized deductions through chargebacks or repayment requests Partner with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to obtain documentation and resolve discrepancies Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree with a minimum of two years of experience in deductions management or accounts receivable Working knowledge of Trade Promotion Management (TPM) systems and trade mechanics Experience using ERP systems, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data analysis Experience with major retail customers and chargeback or vendor portals
