To support the Deduction Management organization, the full-time Deductions Analyst will advance business intelligence reporting, drive deduction reduction initiatives, and deliver data-driven insights while working in a hybrid environment. Key responsibilities Lead initiatives to reduce deductions and improve cash recovery through analysis of trends and root causes Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for KPI monitoring Serve as an analytical partner to cross-functional teams, delivering insights that enhance business performance Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required 0-3 years of progressive experience in data management or a strong internship program Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience creating data visualizations Understanding of statistical analysis and performance measurement techniques preferred
