Deduction Processing CoordinatorAt Rosina Food Products, we're growing—and we're looking for a detail-driven professional to join our Finance team as a Deduction Processing Coordinator. If you enjoy problem-solving, working cross-functionally, and keeping things organized behind the scenes, this could be a great fit.In this role, you'll help manage customer deductions, pricing discrepancies, and promotional claims while working closely with our sales team, brokers, customers, marketing, finance, and logistics teams. You'll play an important role in keeping our processes running smoothly and ensuring customer claims are resolved accurately and efficiently.This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with numbers and systems, and loves being the person who helps solve problems.What You'll Be Doing:Process customer deductions accurately and in a timely mannerInvestigate and resolve pricing discrepancies and chargebacksEnter and maintain promotional activity in our Trade Management SystemWork directly with customers, brokers, and internal sales teams to resolve claimsReview supporting documentation from online customer portalsCoordinate product return paperwork when neededMaintain strong communication across finance, logistics, sales, marketing, and customer teamsSupport the Trade Promotion Manager with additional projects as neededWhat We're Looking For:Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsExperience working in administrative, finance, customer service, or claims-related roles preferredStrong Microsoft Office skills, especially ExcelAbility to communicate professionally with both internal teams and external partnersSomeone who can multitask, problem-solve, and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentQualifications:High school diploma required1–3 years of related experience preferredWhy Rosina?Rosina Food Products is a family-owned food manufacturer known for products people love across the country.
