If you don't mind physical unloads and want to maximize your weekly income, this dedicated regional run delivers top-tier pay. High accessorial rates paired with a $0.75 flat CPM push average weekly checks to $1,825.

The Pay Numbers

• Weekly Average: $1,825
• Yearly Average: $95,000
• Base CPM: $0.75 per mile (All experience tiers)
• Trailer Unload Pay: $285 / full load
• Stop Pay: $20 / stop
• Backhaul Pay: $50 / backhaul
• Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 total (Paid across your first 6 months)

Driving Specs & Schedule

• Lanes: IA, OK, MO, WI, AR, IL, KS, MN, NE, SD, ND, CO
• Weekly Miles: ~1,500 miles average
• Workload: 2 loads/week | 3–5 stops per route
• Unload Type: 100% Driver Unload via box roller system
• Home Time: Weekly 34-hour reset (Early AM deliveries, night driving involved)
• Training: 1-week paid ride-along program ($150/day)

Driver Qualifications

• Active Class A CDL
• 3+ months CDL-A experience in the last 36 months
• Physical endurance for roller-box unloads in extreme cold/heat
• Must park truck at a secure gated lot/personal property during reset (No unsecure/store parking allowed)
• Clean driving record ( Not SAP Friendly )
• Prepared to bring 2 weeks of personal gear to orientation
