We are looking for a dependable, personable individual who has an eye for quality.

The Deck Assembly Associate will have experience with drill/drivers, woodworking tools, small pneumatic hand tools, caulk guns, and shop tools (miter saw, band saw, router, sanders) is a plus.Job Responsibilities:Will be working with trainer to assemble boat units per specifications prescribed on the Tiara Yachts work instructionsKnowledge of processes used in construction and building trades is desirableMust be familiar with and understand units of measureCommunicates the current product, process, or material constraints or issues to the team leaderMust be accustomed to physical tasks for long periods of time. This includes, but not limited to, standing, kneeling, lifting up to 40 lbs, bending, using your hands, and working with various materialsMust have basic computer knowledge and basic math skillsWhen asked, assists with training team members to develop job knowledge and improve performanceMaintain daily labor tracking recordsPerforms other related duties as assigned by supervisor and/or managementQualifications:High School graduate or equivalent preferredGeneral Job Requirements:Ability to work overtime as requestedPromote a safe and clean work environmentWillingness to work on a team or individuallyAble to follow manufacturing instruction and understand processesMust practice PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) policies as mandated per area. (Use safety glasses/goggles, hearing protection, etc.)Must follow company safety guidelines
