Position Overview
Deburr machined parts using hand tools to meet customer requirements. Training provided; no prior experience required. Additional duties may be assigned based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Read and follow written and verbal instructions.
* Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and 6S practices.
* Notify leadership of defective or malfunctioning parts.
* Maintain customer and quality standards.
* Perform repetitive tasks and meet production schedules.
* Keep the workspace clean and safe.
* Complete assignments on time and support other departments as needed.
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
* Basic knowledge of safety, hand tools, inspection processes, and materials (metals, plastics).
* Basic math and computer skills.
* Ability to operate tools and equipment such as files, scrapers, grinders, sanders, tumblers, and drill presses.
* Flexibility to work overtime, day or swing shifts, and other areas as required.
Physical Requirements
* Lift up to 35 lbs and stand/sit for up to 8 hours.
* Work in a dusty environment with masks.
Shifts
* First Shift : 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM (Mon-Fri)
* Second Shift : 1:20 PM - 9:50 PM (Mon-Fri)
Additional Requirements
* Use PPE and prioritize safety at all times.
