Technical training in machining, manufacturing, light industrial trades, or a vocational program preferred. Ongoing participation in job-related training and educational opportunities encouraged.Experience Requirements 1-3 years of machine operator experience in a manufacturing, machining, or high-tech production environment preferred.

Experience reading blueprints, work instructions, and production specifications. Proficiency using Windows-based computer systems.

Experience monitoring equipment performance and identifying maintenance needs. Ability to work overtime and adapt to changing production priorities.Preferred Qualifications Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to load fixtures and make process adjustments.

Experience supporting process improvements and manufacturing efficiency initiatives. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Commitment to workplace safety, quality standards, and continuous improvement. Ability to work closely with engineering and production teams to support new processes and product development.Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Ability to use microscopes, measuring equipment, and production machinery. Frequent hand and finger dexterity required for handling small components and equipment adjustments. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and follow all safety procedures.Job Duties Operate production equipment according to documented manufacturing procedures. Load fixtures, perform machine adjustments, and assist with job setups. Inspect parts using microscopes and quality standards to identify defects and ensure product compliance. Read blueprints and technical documents to verify production specifications. Monitor machine performance and report maintenance or repair needs. Collaborate with engineering teams on new processes and continuous improvement projects. Maintain accurate production records and follow all quality, safety, and company procedures.
