Deburr Operator-3rd ShiftShift: ThirdEmployment Type: Full-TimeJob Functions:Grind, file, sand and polish metal surfaces to a specified shape and smoothness using grinding hand toolsCleans interior surfaces of holes using reamer or burr whipLift and position metal parts on benchRemove burrs and smooth out contoured surfaces with power toolsVerify dimensions and radii, using micrometers, dial indicators and calipersEnsure organized and clean work areaPerform other duties as assigned and necessaryPosition Requirements:Skills Required:Excellent attendance recordExperience a plus but not necessaryAbility to use vibratory hand tools for extended periods of timeMust be able to use necessary hand tools to properly perform jobMust be able to burr parts in a safe and efficient mannerExercise good housekeeping practicesMust be able to perform repetitive motions involving wrist/arms/handsEducation and Experience Required:High School diploma or equivalentExperience as a parts finisher, preferredAbout the Organization:Harlow Aerostructures LLC is a leading supplier of complex machined components, electro-mechanical and structural subassemblies to the commercial, business and military aerospace industry as well as being certified as an FAA Repair Station by the U.S. Department of Transportation.
