To support clients facing significant unsecured debt, the full-time remote Debt Consultant will manage a pipeline of high-value opportunities, leading consultative conversations to guide customers through personalized financial solutions. Key responsibilities Own and manage a pipeline of high-debt, high-intent customers from initial contact through enrollment Lead consultative conversations to understand each customer's full financial picture and explain debt resolution strategies Drive efficient decision-making and close opportunities, often within 1-2 calls, while meeting sales goals Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in consultative or financial sales environments Proven success in a commission-driven role with consistent goal attainment Strong ability to navigate emotional and analytical conversations Experience managing a pipeline and prioritizing opportunities effectively High School diploma or equivalent
