Debt Collector

Collecting payments on assigned delinquent accounts, the part-time Call Center Collector will review documentation, contact customers by phone or written correspondence, and arrange repayment schedules to minimize organizational loss, working remotely with a schedule that includes two night shifts and daytime hours. Key responsibilities Contact customers to collect payments on delinquent accounts Review documentation to assess account status and repayment options Arrange repayment schedules to minimize financial loss to the organization Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Two to three years of experience in collections and/or customer service Knowledge of loan collection policies and procedures Familiarity with fair debt collection practices and related laws Ability to organize and interpret information effectively
