Debt Collection Strategy And Performance Lead

As a Debt Collection Strategy and Performance Lead, you will:

1. Provide daily debt collection program expertise to other BFS employees, creditor agency contacts, and private collection agency contractors.
2. Facilitate the exchange of information through correspondence, presentations, and interactions with internal and external stakeholders, including responding to Congressional inquiries.
3. Analyze financial information from various sources to make business decisions and recommendations to update practices and procedures.
4. Represent the branch on teams to complete special projects or on workgroups, and serve as a liaison between the team, branch, and other bureau staff.
