Deb for New Mexico: Finance AssistantTeam Deb for New Mexico is seeking a hardworking, passionate, highly-organized and Finance Assistant capable of showing leadership in a fast-paced environment. This position reports to the Finance Manager and is located in Albuquerque, New Mexico.Primary Duties & ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the finance team and hosts to track, plan, and build fundraising eventsStaff and assist with fundraising events across New MexicoPrepare briefing materials for the candidate and surrogatesSupport candidate call time by identifying prospective donors, preparing calls, and conducting follow-up and pledge-chaseAssist in staffing candidate call time as neededCultivate relationships with donors, stakeholders, and event hosts in New MexicoEnsure databases (NGP, Numero, ActBlue, etc.) are accurate, organized, and up to date with important notes, contact information, and source codesAdditional ResponsibilitiesComplete other fundraising tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager and Finance DirectorAssist the candidate and larger campaign team in staffing and other needs as assignedQualificationsFundraising experience is preferred, but not requiredExcellent organizational and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage several projects in a fast-paced environment and be responsive to timely needsProficiency with G-Suite, NGP, ActBlue, and Numero is strongly preferredAbility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends as requiredHighly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skillsSalary & BenefitsThe salary for this position is $4,000 a month and includes 100% paid healthcare benefitsAnticipated start date: April 15-May 15To apply: Please email your resume and a cover letter to with the subject line "Application for Finance Assistant – (Your Name)."***Applications will be considered on a rolling basis.
