Recordkeeper (Remote)Location: Atlanta, GADuration: 4 months + Possibility to Extend and/or Convert to FTE Pay Rate: $22 - $27/HR (W2 Only)Job/Role DescriptionThis role provides service and administrative support to the largest and most complex defined contribution plan clients.This position will respond to client requests for information and resolve administrative or service problems, ensuring all transactions are processed according to the company's and client's standards.This position will process transactions to complete plan valuations (including contributions, loans, withdrawals, and earnings allocations), format and load data, and perform required tests for defined contribution plans and plan design issues (i.e., discrimination testing).Reconcile the trust accounting/recordkeeping system on a plan level and reconcile plan balances to trust balances through daily balancing and adjustment analysis.Coordinate omnibus fund purchases and sales with third-party fund companies and format/produce client reports, valuation reports, participant statements, and tax/compliance forms.Participate in client meetings and/or conference calls and maintain trustee relationships.Discuss plan design issues, trust reconciliation issues, and payroll consultation with clients.Required QualificationsPrior experience in recordkeeping or administrative support for defined contribution plansExperience with trust accounting and plan reconciliation processesStrong understanding of plan design, compliance testing, and valuation proceduresProven analytical and problem-solving abilitiesStrong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skillsAbility to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and make sound decisions in emergency situationsHighly self-motivated and directedStrong organizational skillsKeen attention to detailStrong customer service orientationExperience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentProficiency in data formatting, loading, and report generation
