Deals - Diligence Analytics Senior Manager

Overview

A Senior Manager in our deal analytics practice will work with private equity and corporate clients on complex multi‑billion‑dollar decisions, translating data into actionable insights. The role supports all phases of the deal lifecycle and promotes a data‑driven approach to diligence, post‑deal performance, and exit planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high‑performing team of analytics professionals.
• Drive the analysis of transactional, financial, and accounting data and develop insights for clients.
• Prepare and present complex client presentations, effectively communicating technical findings.
• Manage projects from initiation through completion under tight client deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross‑border and cross‑functional teams to build trust and deliver solutions.
• Champion ethical conduct and adhere to the firm’s code of ethics.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in deals, data analytics, consulting, or private equity.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Computer & Information Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Accounting, data science, or mathematics.
• Expert level communication and client presentation skills.
• In‑depth knowledge of financial statements, business cycles, due diligence, financial modeling, and valuation.
• Experience managing projects in a collaborative, time‑sensitive environment.
• Strong analytical skills in transactional, financial, or accounting data using statistical methods.
• Proficiency with analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, ETL (Alteryx, Power Query, etc.) and programming languages Python or SQL.

Travel Requirements

Up to 40% travel may be required.

Salary & Benefits

Salary range: $124,000 – $280,000, plus annual discretionary bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), holiday pay, vacation, and personal/family sick leave.
