Deal-Leadership Director, Transaction Advisory

Stout is seeking a Director in Irvine, CA to guide buy-side and sell-side financial accounting due diligence engagements for private equity and corporate clients. You will translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders and lead client meetings throughout the deal lifecycle.

You'll oversee earnings quality, working capital analyses, and team leadership while developing client relationships and supporting business development to grow the practice.
