Deal Compliance & Accounting CoordinatorMichael Hohl Automotive is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Deal Compliance & Accounting Coordinator.This position will work between our Sales, Finance, and Accounting departments to ensure vehicle deals are complete, accurate, compliant, and ready for processing.ResponsibilitiesReview vehicle deal jackets for accuracy and completenessVerify required signatures, disclosures, identification, and supporting documentsReview deals for missing or inconsistent documentationVerify Finance and compliance documents are completed correctlyHelp identify and correct deal issues before they reach AccountingTrack missing documents and follow up with Sales and Finance ManagersAssist Accounting with deal processing and administrative dutiesHelp maintain organized deal and compliance recordsSupport dealership audit and compliance processesCommunicate clearly with managers when corrections are neededWhat We're Looking ForAutomotive dealership experience is strongly preferred.
Experience in deal billing, contracts, F&I, title/DMV, compliance, or dealership accounting is a major plus.The right person will be extremely detail-oriented, organized, dependable, comfortable holding people accountable for missing paperwork, and able to work across multiple departments.This is an important position within our dealership.
