This position is contingent on contract award, expected to begin in July 2026.
Operational Requirements:
- Incident triage and escalation
- Root cause analysis (RCA)
- system uptime and performance
Technical / Operational Background:
- DCOPS / data center operations
- Enterprise VDI / end user computing
Location: Charleston, SC (primary – must be local or willing to relocate immediately)
Salary: Limited by government contracting regulations, commensurate with experience
Position Responsibilities
Leads compute, storage, virtualization, and data center operations (core backbone)
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 12–15+ years infrastructure engineering
- 8+ years in DoD enterprise environments
- Experience supporting 24×7 Tier 3 operations
Technical Requirements:
- VMware ESXi / vCenter / vROPS
- SAN storage (NetApp, Dell EMC)
