Managing requests for DCF records under Act 173, the full-time DCF Records Coordinator will be responsible for receiving, routing, and responding to communications related to public records and internal requests, primarily working from the VSARA office in Middlesex. Key responsibilities Manage and respond to public requests for DCF records in accordance with Act 173 Receive, route, and reply to communications related to records requests Handle sensitive content, including records related to child abuse or neglect investigations Required qualifications Associate's degree or higher in a field related to human services Two or more years of administrative experience in a human services program Ability to cope with routine exposure to secondary trauma Experience communicating with individuals in distress Familiarity with office settings and standard office equipment
