Job Responsibilities
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert for DC Power systems, equipment, standards, and processes.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for DC Power projects to customers and internal teams.
- Create and maintain project documentation including service packages, Methods of Procedure (MOPs), audits, and training materials.
- Interpret project data to recommend optimal solutions meeting specifications.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards through documentation and enforcement.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
- Provide field support and leadership in on-site or team environments as needed.
- Assist with training and knowledge sharing within the team.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in DC Power or related technical industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; GIS experience is a plus.

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple project details.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills for internal and external interactions.
