Providing individual telehealth therapy to LGBTQ+ clients, the part-time contract Pre-Licensed Therapist (LGSW, LGPC, or MFT) will deliver affirming, trauma-informed care while working toward full licensure, with flexible scheduling and minimal administrative responsibilities. Key responsibilities Provide individual (1-1) therapy in a telehealth setting, delivering evidence-based treatment tailored to the LGBTQ+ community's needs Conduct clinical assessments and maintain timely, HIPAA-compliant documentation in the EMR system Participate in regular clinical supervision to support development toward full independent licensure Required qualifications Active DC license as an LGSW, LGPC, or MFT Experience and strong passion for working with LGBTQ+ clients Cultural competence in delivering affirming, identity-centered care Comfortable providing individual therapy in a telehealth setting Able to commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week with flexible scheduling
