To support a growing practice, the fully licensed DC Licensed Therapist will provide individual telehealth therapy to LGBTQIA+ clients on a remote contract basis, focusing on affirming, trauma-informed, evidence-based care while maintaining flexible scheduling and a minimum commitment of 10 sessions per week. Key responsibilities Provide individual (1-1) therapy in a telehealth setting, delivering tailored treatment to LGBTQIA+ clients Conduct clinical assessments and maintain timely, HIPAA-compliant documentation in the EMR system Participate in regular clinical supervision to support professional development toward full independent licensure Required qualifications Active DC license as an LCSW, LCPC, or LCMFT Experience and a strong passion for working with LGBTQIA+ clients Cultural competence in delivering affirming, identity-centered care Comfort with providing individual therapy in a telehealth setting Able to commit to a minimum of 10 sessions per week with flexible scheduling
