This role acts as a strategic "data center investment advisor / technical diligence expert" rather than a traditional IT architect.
End-to-end evaluation across: Power availability (grid readiness, scalability) / Cooling infrastructure (including liquid cooling viability) / Land feasibility
permitting / Construction timelines
regulatory approvals / other proposal evaluation criteria and factors
DC build up from scratch.
Ability to differentiate between viable vs. speculative proposals
Strong stakeholder engagement with developers, promoters, and ecosystem players
