To support the USI Consulting Group's DC Practice, the remote DC Consultant will manage a significant book of clients, provide expert guidance on retirement plan features, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities Manage and maintain relationships with high-profile and complex client accounts Process complex plan transactions, including rollovers, distributions, and loans, while verifying data accuracy Resolve client and participant inquiries in a timely manner and manage compliance and regulatory reports Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in employee benefits or defined contribution retirement/recordkeeping Bachelor's degree in business or finance preferred Experience with Schwab Retirement Technologies (SRT) or similar recordkeeping systems Understanding of defined contribution compliance work, including testing and 5500s Advanced skills in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
