Part-time DBA Dissertation Chair Faculty will teach and instruct students in the Doctorate of Business Administration program, engage with students remotely during evenings and weekends, and serve as a subject matter expert while collaborating with faculty to enhance the learning environment. Key responsibilities Teach undergraduate and graduate courses, facilitating discussions and providing timely feedback on student submissions Conduct weekly outreach to support struggling students and host live lectures during designated hours Assist with curriculum maintenance and address academic integrity concerns as needed Required qualifications Possess a terminal degree or master's degree in the teaching discipline or a closely related field from an accredited institution Have a minimum of 18 graduate semester credit hours in the teaching discipline or closely related discipline Experience teaching at the college/university level is preferred Demonstrated knowledge of academic processes and university guidelines Ability to provide own equipment, including a computer and reliable internet access
