The Opportunity

Resilience Behavioral Health is a dual diagnosis-centered behavioral health treatment organization committed to treating the core issues underlying mental health and substance use conditions. Their programs span Residential, Day Treatment (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Evening IOP, and standard Outpatient levels of care, with a strong foundation in co-occurring disorder treatment. Their therapeutic approach draws on a wide range of evidence-based and holistic modalities including CBT, DBT, EMDR, mindfulness-based therapy, internal family systems therapy, emotion-focused therapy, music therapy, and yoga. Resilience serves a broad and diverse population including veterans, healthcare workers, first responders, college students, new parents, and working professionals.

What You'll Do

• Facilitate psychoeducation, process, and skills-based group therapy sessions for clients in a structured clinical setting
  
• Engage clients effectively and manage group dynamics with skill and confidence
  
• Apply evidence-based modalities including CBT, motivational interviewing, and trauma-focused therapy throughout all group sessions
  
• Support clients navigating co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions
  
• Collaborate with the broader multidisciplinary clinical team to ensure continuity and quality of care
  

Requirements

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field
  
• Active, unrestricted clinical license in the state of New Jersey
  
• Experience facilitating group therapy sessions for clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders
  
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities including CBT, motivational interviewing, and trauma-focused therapy
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  

Schedule and Compensation

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
  
• Compensation: $75 per group facilitated
