Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive educational program for preschool-aged children supporting the ed director
• Create and maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the preschool, including scheduling, staffing, and budgeting
• Maintaining the facility and ensuring everything is running smoothly on the floor.
• Collaborate with teachers to develop age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
• Conduct regular staff meetings and professional development opportunities
• Ensure compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements
• Maintain open communication with parents/guardians regarding their child's development and any concerns

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Previous experience working in a preschool or early childhood education setting
• Strong knowledge of child development principles and best practices
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage a team of teachers and support staff
• Familiarity with licensing regulations and accreditation standards
