Overview : Therapeutic Services Agency, Inc (TSA) is hiring a full-time Mental Health Practitioner or Clinical Trainee to provide mental health services at our Day Treatment Program for children and teens. The role involves coordination with referral sources, conducting intake meetings, admitting families, facilitating group work, and contributing to treatment delivery with a professional team.

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate with key referral sources and families.
• Conduct intake meetings and coordinate admissions to the program.
• Facilitate group work and contribute to treatment delivery.
• Collaborate with a professional team.

Qualifications :

• Mental Health Practitioner: Bachelor’s degree and experience under the supervision of a Licensed Professional or enrollment/ graduation from a Master’s program in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Community Counseling, or related field.
• Clinical Trainee: Master’s degree and on licensure track.
• Background check required (TSA will conduct).

Compensation & Benefits :

Pay: $22–$26 per hour, competitive salary. Benefits include paid time off, health and dental insurance, professional supervision, 401(k) retirement plan, and per diem.

Location : Hilltop House, Pine City.

Schedule : Shift: Days. Full‑time. Non‑exempt.
