Day Shift Production Packer – Fischer Paper Products (Antioch, IL)
Position: Full-Time Production Packer Company: Fischer Paper Products Location: Antioch, Illinois
Schedule
- Day Shift: 6:15 AM – 4:35 PM
- Monday–Thursday: 10-hour shifts
- Friday: Mandatory overtime as needed based on business demands
- No weekend work
What You'll Do
- Pack paper bags into boxes during production.
- Ensure products meet quality and food-safety standards.
- Follow manufacturing and workplace safety procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve production efficiency.
- Help meet customer expectations through safe, efficient, and cost-effective production.

Qualifications
- 1+ year of manufacturing experience preferred
- Reliable attendance record
- Ability to follow food safety and manufacturing procedures
- Ability to understand English and perform basic math
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
