We're seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our daytime healthcare team at the Walworth County Jail. This position may also be filled by a Registered Nurse (RN). What You'll Do š©ŗ
As a member of our healthcare team, you will:
āØ Deliver compassionate, patient centered nursing care
āØ Administer medications and treatments as ordered
āØ Complete nursing assessments and monitor patient conditions
āØ Respond to medical concerns and emergencies with confidence and professionalism
āØ Maintain accurate electronic medical documentation
āØ Collaborate with healthcare providers and correctional staff to ensure safe, quality patient care
āØ Promote continuity of care while maintaining compliance with clinical standards and policies
